During this meeting, we all decided to finish off work that needed to be completed. The majority of us

spent the first half of the meeting working on completing any face charts that needed finishing. Whilst

we were doing this, Emily continued working on Audrey Two’s headpiece with Ethan (our tutor). This

headpiece was designed to go on the back of Audrey Two’s outfit.

Once Paige and I had finished organising the work we had been doing into the folder for the actress

playing Audrey Two, we went on to redoing and improving the budget (as well as putting the renewed

budget into the production folder), such as including the website we got the product information from,

the delivery costs and an image of the item.

The budget sheet was categorised into 6 different sections: 

• The website: this is the link to the website where we got each product from.

• The product brand/description: this is the name and brand of the product.

• The quantity: this is the amount of each product we will be needing.

• The cost per item: this is how much each product costs.

• The total: this is the cost per item multiplied by the quantity and the overall total of all of the

• products added together.

• The image of the product: this is where we included a picture of each of the products to

• show how big they were, what they contained and what they looked like.

At the bottom of the sheet, we included the total delivery costs of the items from each of the

websites, these are indicated by asterisks. 

We bought most of the products from the same brand and website (for example: Tilt Professional

Makeup) as we knew it was reliable in terms of the amount of products received and how it sits on

the skin. We know this due to previous use of the products.

We had decided the quantity of each product by determining the amount of product we received

(for example: if we were to purchase the concealer, we knew that we would only be getting a small

amount) as well as if we could share the products with anyone else.
