This meeting took place on Microsoft Teams.

However, I wasn’t able to attend this meeting but I was later informed that They had discussed whether they had completed the face charts for the next meeting and had decided on practicing styling hair.

This shows good communication skills as I informed them beforehand, over Microsoft Teams that I

wouldn't be able to attend the meeting, and they discussed with me what they had talked abound

and decided during the meeting.
