To start this meeting off, we all decided to get to work with practicing the graphic eyeliner on each other. 

I worked on Paige whilst Isobel practiced on Kassie.

The three images above show the graphic liner shape and colour I practiced on Paige.

Whilst creating this makeup look, I had no problem creating the colour as it was just the right shade to be seen both up close and far away in natural lighting, but I struggled with creating the shape. I first tried a longer, curvier flick for the wing, but we had all agreed that it wasn’t the ideal ‘graphic liner shape’ we had agreed on. Therefore, I redid the liner to create a more ‘blocky’ shape with straighter lines.

Once we had all agreed on the shape and colour of the eyeliner, we moved on to contributing our ideas on the lip colour. Since we were all going to need to be able to create the colour on the day, we decided to stick with the Maqpro lip palette in the colours 256 and 260 along with a clear gloss. We also discussed how we would be doing the eyebrows and agreed on using clear brow mascara to comb them through and use an eyebrow pencil to fill in any gaps if needed.

Then, Kassie, Isobel and Leah went onto redoing the face charts for the event to show the ideas we had decided on today.
